Michelle Perry, M.A.Ed
Michelle is a Behavior Specialist and Educational Consultant and Speaker who is an expert in Tier 2 and 3 Behavior strategies. Michelle has worked in some capacity of education since 1996. She began as a Title One Assistant and then became a Regular Education Assistant, and then an EC Assistant in the alternative setting. Michelle went on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Special Education and her Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Her love for students with challenging behavior led her to teach in an alternative setting and then to become a Behavior Specialist. Her extensive experience in K-12 classrooms has taught Michelle that we must know our students and understand their behavior before we can bring about change. The change must start with adults and educators in these student's lives. Michelle is excited to be able to share this knowledge and hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of students and educators.
